They are narrowly focused only in the areas of estate planing and elder law (Medicaid & a little known Veterans benefit for chronic care). Pearson Bollman Law's competence, expertise, values and success is a derivative of being narrowly focused in estate planning and elder law versus other attorneys who inherently become a jack of all trades and a master of none!   We hired Matthew to prepared my parents’ estate plan because he specializes in elder law. We were extremely satisfied with his professional service and highly recommend him. My parents are over 80 years old and Matthew was extremely patient and thorough with them. My parents were extremely comfortable with the whole process as if he were a part of the family. He did the initial consult at my parents’ home, which impressed all of us because his office was over an hour away. My brother and I were also involved in the estate planning process. I have a financial background as a CPA and my brother has a very limited financial background. Matthew was able to work with both of us through the whole estate planning process and was efficient but thorough in answering all of our questions. He was extremely professional as he addressed our questions which ranged from extremely technical to extremely basic. Matthew also responded quickly to our phone calls and emails. The firm site was very comfortable and the support staff was very friendly and professional. Our overall experience with Matthew and his firm was excellent.

  Great experience! Pearson Bollman Law's expertise on eldercare issues is evident. As I worked with PBL to get my parents irrevocable living trust in place, there were at least 10 important issues PBL made us aware of that we would have never considered otherwise. Matt Bollman is a very skilled attorney.
