  I had a package I needed to drop off. Google and their own signage said they closed at 6:00 but I showed up at 5:55 and the doors were locked, lights off, and not a soul in the parking lot. I know it was only five minutes, but it wouldn't have taken me more than a minute to drop it off and leave. All in all, it was a huge inconvenience, especially with my work hours. Combine this with problems I've had with UPS as a whole in the past, and I'm really frustrated. Will be using FedEx or USPS whenever possible.

  Stopped on 3-22-17 to send a prepaid package back to Amazon. Lady working there was very nice and helpful. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

  Under New Ownership! I can not be happier with the staff. Everyone was polite and genuinely cared about the quality of service their customers receive. I enjoyed the friendly conversation while I was being assisted, as well as the warm goodbye. I would recommend this well trained staff. 10/10!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I've never met ruder individuals. I've been in exactly twice. The first time I was mocked and then asked to leave the store (for asking packages not to be thrown and wondering aloud if that's why my dutch oven that I was returning might have arrived broken in the first place). The second time I was chased out of the parking lot (after a tense interaction with the store owner during which I was just trying to pick up a package and was confused that he wanted me to search through a pile on the floor to find it myself). He followed me out of the store and stood over my parked car because I guess he thought I was writing a bad review on my phone? (I was actually texting my husband trying to figure out if I should order pizza from the store next door for pizza, but that didn't stop the owner from standing outside my driver's door and demanding to see what I was typing on my phone). I have lodged complaints with UPS corporate and am trying to find a way to prevent Amazon from shipping packages via UPS to me. I would happily pay extra shipping to avoid having to interact with the men at this store again.
