- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My return package to amazon was lost by them. I did receive email confirmation that it was in transit. Noticed no refund yet, so went to inquire where package was. They denied it was ever sent, and conveniently their camera couldn't pull video that day to prove I was there. The manager did everything from blaming me, cussing me out with profanities, and the only option he gave me was to go "file a f*%&ing police report". I had to calm him down twice he was so irate. Never will I do business with someone so unprofessional again, when a simple "i'm sorry, how can we fix this" would have sufficed. This location and it's manager are a disgrace to the parcel service, and i'm ashamed they even work in my city.By Mike Joseph, June 01, 2017

I was greeted and serviced quickly with active conversation which lead to a hug and a thank you for your service...
